Description
The Johnson F8B-5000-TSS “The Space Saver” clutched pump, constructed from bronze. The extra heavy duty clutched pump is suitable for deckwash and bilge applications, with a neoprene impeller, mechanical seal and the pump self primes. This Johnson pump has 1-1/2″ horizontal flange connections for a space-saving design, and has a flow rate of 279 litres per minute (2000 rpm).
With an Electro-Magnetic Clutch you will have pumping power whenever needed, at a push of a button, without being at the pump. Combined with a vacuum switch (recommended for bilge pump application), the clutch will automatically disengage whenever the pump starts priming air, thereby preventing dry running and pump damage.
