Description
Scanstrut DS21A-P waterproof deck seal for routing electrical cables. This cable gland is made from UV stable glass filled nylon and has an attractive dome shaped design to provide a strong outer shell. This dome also provides an extra shield from water, although the watertightness of the gland comes from a tapered bung and a closed cell base seal.
This deck seal is easy to install, with no need to remove cable connectors. The gland is supplied with both pre-drilled and blank inner seals and also includes captive nuts to allow easy assembly and reliable repeat installations.
The Scanstrut DS21A-P Small deck seal features a vertical cable entry and is suitable for electrical cables between 4mm and 9mm diameter.
