Description
Sika© MultiPrimer Marine is a non-pigmented, solvent-based primer formulated for treating bond faces before application of Sika?s one-component polyurethanes. The solvent-based primer reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer that serves as a link between substrates and adhesives.
The colorless to slightly yellow primer is used to improve adhesion on metals such as aluminium, steel, galvanized steel and non-ferrous metal, as well as on wood such as teak, mahogany, Oregon pine and cork. It can also be used to enhance the adhesion of Sikasil© sealants and adhesives.
NOTE: Before using Sika© MultiPrimer Marine on materials prone to stress cracking, seek manufacturer?s advice and perform tests on original substrates.
