Description
The Maestrini pipe blanking cap is made from bronze. This material is tough and corrosion resistant making it suitable for exposure to sea water. This blanking cap acts as a stopper for male threaded pipes. The blanking cap has a 1/2″ BSP female thread.
Please Note: All fittings used for through hull applications must be correctly electrically bonded to ensure protection from electrolytic corrosion. Bronze is highly suitable for below waterline through hull applications.
